Price list of refractive and application procedures
Basic information
The examination does not include eye drops or any medications.
The eye examination is performed by an optometrist and is not covered by health insurance.
We examine clients 15 years of age and older.
Online booking is available for the following three services:
1. Eye examination
The eye examination includes 3D measurements, medical eye screening and biometrics, which are required for the individual fitting of your glasses. We will identify possible dioptres, assess the cooperation of both eyes and carry out a preventive check.

*This examination is on request — it lasts 45 minutes, it is an extra charge to the normal examination.
2. Contact lens application
Contact lens fitting — determination of the exact refraction for glasses and contact lenses, examination of the anterior segment of the eye, selection of lens type, training in handling and explanation of care, trial lenses as needed, follow-ups.

3. Vision screening in children
The screening is performed non-contact with the Plusoptix device and is intended for children from 6 months to 5 years.

Repeated application of contact lenses (without fitted contact lenses)
Same service as the 1st contact lens application, but without the training.
Valid up to a maximum of 2 years after the last 1st application of the CT or repeat application of the CT or anterior segment control. 2 sets of test CPs are available free of charge for repeat application, each additional set + 250 CZK.

Rechecking of contact lens wearers (with contact lenses in place)
Inspection of the anterior segment of the eye, visual examination.

Vision examination in athletes
The price of the eye examination for athletes is CZK 1000. The examination lasts 1 hour.
Examination of a barvocite defect
The price of the examination of the barvocite defect is 1490 CZK. This examination can be performed without determining the optimal dioptric correction.
The price consists of the price for the 3D vision measurement (990 CZK) and the price for the examination of the type and degree of the barvocite defect (500 CZK).
In case of purchasing glasses for barvocite correction, we do not charge any fee for the service. In case of purchase of classic (clear) glasses (not for correction of barvocite), only the amount for barvocite examination (500 CZK) is charged.
