We are here for you in brick-and-mortar stores, but also on web applications, and our goal is to make the service accessible to everyone.

We offer eye examinations, selection of suitable glasses, their manufacture and service.

The website serves as a source of information for our customers. On our website you will find the Branches and Contacts section, where you will find the addresses and contacts of all our brick-and-mortar stores, as well as the Advice and Tips section, where you will find information on various topics related to eye defects and their correction, spectacles and lenses, and other articles related to optics and current events taking place in our stores. 

We know what it’s like to have bad eyesight. That’s why we try to run our website clearly so that the main menus are clearly visible. Important points are highlighted either for us or for our customers in colour and in bold and/​or underlined text. If you don’t find what you are looking for, it doesn’t matter, you have time, our web environment does not force you to hurry. To make it easier for you to find your way around, the instructions and options are accompanied by pictograms, if that doesn’t help, we are here for you in our brick-and-mortar stores or at the above contact phone and e‑mail, we will be happy to help you. 

You don’t have to worry about the app disturbing you with lighting effects, automatic content changes, colour changes etc., our aim is to give you peace of mind and time to choose.

Our articles are written in a large enough font, with the possibility to enlarge or reduce the size. Although we pay attention to the correct descriptions, the structure of the headings of the articles, the perceptibility and clarity of the texts, it may happen that some of the links on the preview photos in the photo galleries do not have a text description, or the images lack alternative text. Given the number of photographs and the capacity of the website operator, adding meaningful alternative text to all photographs would cause an unreasonable burden. However, we will gradually remedy the situation and add text captions and alternative texts. 

Our website is easy to use whether you have a touch screen, touchpad, mouse or just use a keyboard. However, some documents published on the website in PDF format may not be fully accessible (all the information in the document is not in text form, so it is only available in image format). For these documents, it would be difficult and time-consuming to fully computerise them. However, in the interests of accessibility, the quantity of such documents is kept to a minimum. If you come across such a document and need it in a fully accessible form, please contact us. 

Our work is focused on eye care, some images or videos cannot be converted to spoken word, they do not include subtitles or audio description or alternative, if you need to contact us. On the other hand, we do not need any voice interaction from you when choosing a service. 

We work with cookies because we want to provide you with an optimal service, but we don’t mind if you want to keep your privacy, so you can limit cookies to “accept necessary” at any time, it will not limit your ability to choose the service at all. We believe that you do not need any special browsers or operating systems to view our site.
