How long are points valid for?
Your points account will be reset if you do not make at least 1 purchase in 2 calendar years with a minimum value of CZK 500 using the Aleš Žejdl Eye Studio Family Bonus Card.
Do I have to have my card with me when I make a purchase?
We’ll also match your purchases and points earned to the cardholder’s name. However, keep your card with you or in the Stocard app for faster handling.
I own a loyalty discount. Can I redeem my loyalty points?
If you already have a permanent loyalty discount, it will be deducted from your purchase before you redeem your loyalty points. In this case, it is a double discount.
Where can I check my points account balance?
Check your points account status by asking the staff at our opticians. When you buy glasses, you will also see your account status on the cover letter or in the newsletter in your mailbox.

If you don’t get used to multifocal glasses or computer glasses within 30 days, we guarantee to replace them. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Purchase with deferred payment
With us, you don’t have to pay right away. When you buy glasses, you pay half of the total amount, and you can defer the remaining amount for up to six months without any increase.

Anti-breakage safety glasses
In the event of breakage, we will reimburse 75% of the cost of repairing the glasses. In case of theft, we will reimburse 50% of the price of new glasses. Pay only 8% of the price of your new glasses.

Fast delivery, high quality
Our own framing workshop allows us to deliver precision-made glasses. We guarantee the accuracy, we will adjust the glasses to your measurements upon delivery.
