Goggles for water sports

Swim goggles are important for contact lens wearers because of the risk of the lens leaching out of the eye, but also because of the increased risk of eye infection. They must fit well and their seals must fit securely against the face.

For water sports such as sailing, fishing, kayaking, etc., we recommend polarized sports glasses.

Water sports goggles can have as an accessory e.g. a float that prevents them from sinking if they fall into the water.
