Bc. Aleš Žejdl
After successfully completing my optician’s degree, I continued my studies at the newly opened optometry department at Palacký University in Olomouc. In 1997 I obtained my bachelor’s degree and joined the Rodenstock company, where among other things I deepened my business skills.
I opened my first optical shop in Hodonín in August 2000, two years later a second branch was opened in Brno on Nádražní Street. In 2006, the name Ophthalmic Studio Aleš Žejdl was established, which is a significant milestone in the history of the company. Another significant event was the opening of the second Brno branch in the Platinium building. This was followed by the opening of an opticians with an eye clinic on Křenová Street and in 2017 an opticians on Moravské náměstí in Brno.
Currently, Aleš Žejdl Eye Studio has four modern opticians in Brno and one in Hodonín. Together with a team of more than 40 people, we provide comprehensive optical services at a very high level while maintaining a personal approach.
In 2025, we opened a sixth optic, this time for children and young people — Young Optic.
But I believed that customers would appreciate the honest work and quality on which I built my business. The slogan Trust in Quality has been with us from the beginning. Now, after twenty-five years of running a successful eye studio, I can say that we have succeeded in building a local brand. People know us and know that we are part of Brno.”
